In order to improve all stages of the manufacturing process, our production site is organised through departments.
We customise each of our setups according to the customer's unique requests.

Our manufacturing process includes:

a metal sheet cutting department equipped with high precision machinery
a bending machine with up to 12mm bending capability for high resistance metal sheets
carpentry, welding, stock shapes assembly departments; mounting of accessories and hydraulics; painting of the finished product; and a finishings department taking care of the last details for the equipped vehicle.

Our equipment range includes bridge cranes, jig saws, shears, bending machines, high-precision plasma cut.

Our work is also supported by regular stock supplies of both iron and aluminium metal sheets, tubular steel in a wide range of measures, aluminium profiles, on top of all the accessories needed to complete the setups (tool boxes, winches, mud guards, dropside pillars, cylinders and components for hydraulic systems).

Warehouse

We are supported by regular stock supplies of both iron and aluminium metal sheets, tubular steel, profiles and accessories for truck setups.

Machinery

The in-house machinery allows us to work the raw materials to obtain a product tailored to the customer’s requirements.

Bending

The bending department can process metal sheets to a thickness of up to 12mm to realise high resistance setups.

Assembly

An assembly department allows us to incorporate stock shapes into our manufacturing.

Welding

The welding department closes the production cycle with the final product assembly and mounting.

Hydraulics

Hydraulic systems are installed on setups involving the set in motion of the body, the crane, or other components.

Painting

The final touches happen in the painting department. The paintwork protects the setup surfaces, and can be customised with the company colors.

Finishing

All accessories (tool boxes, winches, mud guards, dropside pillars, cylinders and components for hydraulic systems) are mounted in the finishing department to complete the setup.

Final Checks

A specialised department takes care of the final checks on the finished product.

Testing

A testing department carries out inspections on all the functionalities, guaranteeing the operating safety of the setup.
