OFFICINE BPM provides a wide and personalized set of TIPPER BODIES equipped to satisfy the increasing and varied demand of the market.

- BPM TIPPERS are produced to fulfill the customer load requirements and therefore they can have different dimensions and bodyworks, according to the truck size and weight regulations.
- They are suitable for the transportation of loose materials and inert waste in the field of construction and heavy equipment.

BPM TIPPERS main features

- Crossbeams for tipping with anti-vibration and silent spheres “Serie 3000” 
- Body transoms on the outside of the subframe, in order to keep the loading bed as low as possible
- Square tubings to support the body, embedded and welded in the transoms to give more resistance when subject to bending/torsion and more stability when dumping
- Ring beam in closed metal sheet obtained through zinc-coated metal sheet under pressure/bending
- Flatbed in steel RAEX 300 / HARDOX 400 high-resistance to wear and deterioration
- Cab protection front sideboard in different heights in zinc-coated metal sheet
- Lateral sideboards with commuting openings (up/down)
- Rear sideboard with high winches and automatic opening pneumatically driven
- Front ladder rack in different shapes and designs in zinc-coated metal sheet
- Lateral rope stretching winches in different types
- Toolboxes (zinc-coated/inox steel/ pvc)
- Mudguards in plastic material pvc, high-resistance and deformability
- Paint with ground coat SELEMIX bicomponent epoxide and polyurethane varnish high-resistance PPG
- Original rear lights modification into a new raised position
- Rear  underride protection in sturdy square tubing
- Safety devices CE: anti-inversion system, safety pole, metal safety wire
